About Bernice's Blend

We tend to think of Peanut Brittle as that overly sweet treat that sticks to your teeth.  Ours contains no white sugar or high fructose corn syrup.  It has extra large Virginia peanuts.  So you get that wonderful flavor without all of the guilt.  It tricks the mind into thinking you are eating something much sweeter.  

Ingredients:

Rolled Oats, Peanuts (peanuts, peanut oil, salt), Maple Rice Syrup (brown rice syrup, maple flavoring), Pure Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Brown Rice Flour, Demerara Sugar, Vanilla (Vanilla Bean Extractives in Water, Alcohol), Sea Salt

Inspiration:  When Ilene first sold granola, it was a word of mouth business. She advertised her wares through emails and social media and a friend named Bernice. Bernice always had a bag with her while she waited at her daughter’s gymnastics class or at preschool pick up. “Try some,” she would say to the other moms or the teachers. She became Ilene's broker. She wanted Ilene to do well. If you surround yourself with people who want you to succeed, you will. Bernice is proof of that.
